When recruiting for a Jewelry Sales Associate, we look for an individual who is highly motivated, enthusiastic about their work and willing to grow in a fast paced business environment.
Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service initiatives Communicate, solve problems, pay attention to detail Keep track of promotions and advertisements Perform inventory checks twice daily (open and close), reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping store transaction records, order merchandise when applicable Comply with store's security, sales and record taking practices/procedures Arrange and organize displays on a daily basis Clean and maintain the store weekly Other duties as assigned by supervisors Required
Qualifications:
Past retail sales experience (Jewelry sales preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with a diverse client base Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays Superior interpersonal skills and positive leadership initiatives' Job Type:
