When recruiting for a Jewelry Store Assistant Manager, we look for an individual who is highly motivated in hitting sales goals, managing a staff and providing our customers with the best experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing sales staff.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service initiatives Communicate, solve problems, pay attention to detail Keep track of promotions and advertisements Manager inventory including daily count sheets and monthly inventory, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping store transaction records, order merchandise when applicable Comply with store's security, sales and record taking practices/procedures Arrange and organize displays on a daily basis Clean and maintain the store weekly Required
Qualifications:
Past Jewelry Sales Experience (Management experience preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with a diverse client base Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays Superior interpersonal skills and positive leadership initiatives' Job Type:
