This is a full-time, Monday - Friday, 1st shift position with hours being 8:
00am - 4:
00pm based out of the New London County area.
Position Summary & Job Details:
In this position, the Job Coach will be responsible for providing support, training, and coaching on interpersonal and job-related skills as necessary to help individuals with disabilities secure competitive employment opportunities in inclusive workplaces.
Evaluate participant's ability to engage in competitive employment Identify participant's needs for accommodations on job sites Collaborate with participants to help them develop career goals Use structured intervention techniques to teach job tasks/skills Establish and maintain relationships with employers at work sites Document daily notes, track progress, and prepare reports Help to assess progress toward goal attainment Using your personal vehicle, drive participants to and from community sites Key
