This role blends marketing savvy with hands-on technical know-how to support marketing our portfolio of hotels and restaurants.
The right candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to execute and manage our comprehensive digital marketing platform.
We're looking for excellent hands-on technical and modern marketing abilities! Hands-on Technical Abilities For the web:
A working knowledge of WordPress for comprehensive website management.
HTML/CSS/JS/Web Database management is a plus.
Maintain and implement organic SEO best practices.
Execute SEM strategies, best practices, and ability to manage paid campaign activity on a variety of platforms.
All email marketing aspects include coding/design, campaign management, list management, list growth, and email marketing strategy.
Analytics and reporting:
Strong Google Analytics skills, understanding of tracking and measurement of KPIs.
Ability to interpret reporting and assist in the creation of action plans based on data.
Knowledge and demonstration of website and industry standards.
Ability to work with digital assets as well as create and optimize images/graphics for web and print use.
Modern Marketing Abilities Proficient in content creation and publishing.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong creative intuition balanced with attention to detail and business acumen.
Willingness to adapt and work with multiple brand platforms, standards, and technologies.
Excellent communication skills to work within our organization to inform and assist stakeholders and team members.
Experience with business-related Social Media platforms and an understanding of social strategy for business and effective content tactics.
Experience translating business needs into actionable marketing steps utilizing various digital solutions.
Ability to monitor online reviews and effectively respond or coach team members in this space.
The following skills and abilities are required for you to excel as Marketing Manager:
Thorough working knowledge of digital advertising products, including Display, SEO, SEM, Social, mobile, video, and email marketing.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
Supplemental knowledge of traditional marketing; print, broadcast, radio, outdoor, etc.
Ability to work well independently and with a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to present ideas and respond to questions with well thought out responses.
Highly collaborative and able to work with sales and operations teams.
