CONTRACT
REACTOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
This role analyzes, develops, implements and evaluates performance based technical training programs.
Responsibilities:
Maintains technical subject matter expertise and understanding of current business processes.
Acts as subject matter expert in specific area of technical (I & C Maintenance) expertise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Prior related experience (I & C Maintenance).
Knowledge of company organization and operations areas.
Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design.
Full competency in skills related to specific job area.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good Problem solving skills.
Good time management skills.
Good personal computer skills.
Ability to competently use all software applications critical to the target audience.
Ability to present material in an understandable way to large and small groups.
Ability to analyze and organize information and develop training programs and classes.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment used by the target audience.
Ability to lead and coach.
Ability to process information and questions quickly and develop answers.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
