Facility Equipment Manager

This critical role is responsible for the safety, security and efficiency of our 120,000 square foot multi-use office, retail outlet store and warehouse.


  • Ensures the facility and equipment are maintained in a safe and efficient working condition.

  • Manages and directs staff, both regular employees and those temporarily assigned to maintain the property / equipment.

  • Ensures all equipment is in safe operating condition.

  • Ensures all points of entry and egress are securable.

  • Implements programs for preventive maintenance.

  • Develops RFP?s (request for proposal) and ROI?s (return on investments)

  • Hires and oversees contractors to ensure compliance with the work they're contracted to perform.

  • Trains new and existing staff on the use of Motorized Industrial and Cutting Equipment

  • Develops and implements inspection guidelines for warehouse.

  • Responsible for opening and/or closing the facility; includes arming or disarming the alarm system.

  • When assigned, act as the supervisor on duty; responsible for the warehouse staff in the building until closing or during the shift starts up.

  • High School Diploma; 3+ years' experience with all facets of facility and equipment maintenance.

  • Conceptual knowledge of maintenance and repair of HVAC, Electrical and Industrial Powered Equipment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills required. Accuracy and timeliness are very important. Must be proficient with MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced work environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
