What you will do:
The Sales SupportRepresentative will act as the liaison for the sales representatives and otherinternal departments such as accounts receivable, customer service, operationsand branch associates. The main focus of the position will be to submit quotes,track orders and deliveries, enter and update contracted pricing, provide timelyresearch/resolution to customer issues and requests for information.
Your responsibilities:
Maintains ahigh level of customer service by assisting sales force via telephone, email,fax, or in person.
Handlesbusy incoming telephone orders and email orders/inquires in a professionalmanner, identifying urgency of order and report to necessary departments.
Initiatesdaily communication with sale force personnel regarding quotes, order status,deliveries, back orders and issues pending
Completescustomer follow up on quotes, inquiries, order status (expedite orders),deliveries and issues resolved.
Works withretail branch personnel to stock appropriate product levels as requested bysales representatives.
Submits andupdates contract pricing, obtain approvals as needed.
Assistsaccounts receivable with problem invoices, research and gather supportingdocumentation and submit corrections as required.
Participatesin warm phone sales to potentially new customers and obtaining leads for SalesReps.
Orders anddistributes sales and marketing related information.
Accuratelycompletes all daily, weekly, monthly paperwork on a timely basis
Otherduties/projects as may be assigned.
May becalled on to help coordinate activities and events as required for bothinternal and external events and meetings.
You will have:
A high school diploma orequivalent.
Additional post highschool education and/or training preferred.
Two years in a customerservice and/or sales related role required.
Prior experience with SAPpreferred.
Excellent customerservice & communication skills.
Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to add, subtract,multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions,and decimals; Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent's.
Ability to workindependently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
Demonstrates a clear andeffective speaking manner for the purpose of explaining information to customersand employees and strong customer service skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
